The year-end numbers are showing a slight increase from 2022. RevPar $173.16 in 2023 compared to $162.71 in 2022; the Average Daily Room Rate $246.65 in 2023 with $236.31 in 2022; and the Average Occupancy Rate 70.20% in 2023 with 68.85% in 2022.
