Sara Bauer has over 17 years’ of experience in Human Resources, working in both an operational and consulting capacity within a variety of sectors. As an HR Consultant, Sara is able to provide support in many areas such as day-to-day HR management, policy development/implementation, training, on-boarding, performance management, documentation and more. Sara will work seamlessly as an extension of your company to assist you and your team to continue to grow and succeed.
Sara is actively balancing life between Toronto and the Island and travels to Ontario on a regular basis to her old “home”. She enjoys travel, concerts and especially roller-coasters, which is a family tradition!
She believes that “To be successful you need to have the courage to take risks, the strength to take action, and the determination to never give up.” And she certainly walks that talk!
