Kim Osborne is the CEO of Chemistry Consulting Group after taking over the reins from founders Frank Bourree and Christine Willow in January of 2020. Over the past 20 years, and previous to becoming CEO, Kim held various Senior Leadership positions within Operations and Business Development with Chemistry Consulting Group and its former subsidiary, GT Hiring Solutions.

Kim holds extensive knowledge in the areas of strategic HR planning, organizational change, leadership coaching, talent engagement, performance management, and wellness in the workplace. Kim has a solid understanding of not-for-profit business frameworks as well as experience working with all levels of government. She is strong in advocating for gender equality and inclusive leadership in the workplace.

Kim volunteers her time to sit on numerous advisory committees, currently for the BC Hospitality Foundation and the Tourism Resiliency Network and is presently the Chair of the Scale Up Centre for SME’s at the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade.

Outside of work, Kim is well known for founding the Chefs For Life biennial event in Vancouver which has raised over $1 million dollars to date in support of HIV/AIDS related causes. For this work, she has been a recipient of the Minerva Foundation Philanthropy award as well as the AccolAIDS Philanthropy award, the Friends for Life Society, Friend in Deed award, the Women in Food Award / Debra Van Ginkel award presented by Les Dames d’Escoffier and is a past nominee for a Women of Distinction Award through the YWCA.

As a self-confessed gourmand and voyager, Kim’s personal quest in life is to continue tasting her way through all the wine making regions of the world and exploring what we all do every day; eat and drink.
