Wendy Ferguson is a CPHR and Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of HR advisory experience. She provides practical people solutions within a broad range of industries, to name a few: oil & gas, engineering, architecture, manufacturing, technology and business consulting.
Wendy earned her Bachelor of Human Resources and Labour Relations and also studied at the University of Calgary, completing both her Human Resources Management and Business Management programs. She is a certified workplace investigator, leading full-scale investigations involving workplace harassment, bullying, discrimination, violence and fraud.
Other areas of concentration include: Executive Advisory; Employee Relations & Employee Experience; Employment Standards & Legislative Compliance; Workplace Policy & Program Development and Implementation; Recruiting & Onboarding; Restructuring; Terminations; and Communications & Change Management.
