Tierra Madani is a Chartered Professional in HR (CPHR) and is a dynamic HR generalist with experience across several industries including retail, manufacturing, tourism & hospitality, and transportation. Tierra was the recipient of the 2018 HR Rising Star Award by CPHR BC & Yukon and recognized by HR Director Canada as one of the 2019 Top 20 HR Rising Stars.

As a versatile HR professional, Tierra continues to develop within her profession by exploring new perspectives on ways to improve the employee experience and workplace culture for our clients with Recruitment, Health & Safety and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) being at the forefront of her areas of expertise. With a flare for marketing, Tierra loves to also exercise her creativity when working on projects in the realm of employer branding, engagement and culture initiatives.

Originally from the island of Molokai in Hawaii, Tierra lives and breathes ‘aloha’ in all that she does. Tierra is very passionate about promoting diversity through building community and practicing culture. As such, she is often seen volunteering at local events in Victoria and practices her culture as a Polynesian dancer with the Pearls of the South Pacific dance group.
