Sara Bauer brings over 20 years of progressive Human Resources experience, having worked in both operational and consulting roles across a wide range of industries. Her career has given her hands-on expertise in supporting organizations with both day-to-day HR needs and larger strategic initiatives.

As an HR Consultant, Sara is highly effective at managing projects that help organizations strengthen their people practices and achieve business goals. She has led initiatives in HR management, policy development, training and facilitation, onboarding, performance management, and compliance. Clients rely on her to design and deliver practical, solutions-oriented HR processes that are tailored to their specific needs, producing outcomes that are both sustainable and measurable.

Known for her approachable style and clear communication, Sara builds strong client relationships and ensures projects run smoothly from start to finish. Her ability to balance people-first practices with organizational objectives has earned her a reputation for fostering workplace cultures that support long-term success.

Outside of work, Sara divides her time between Toronto and Vancouver Island, regularly traveling back to Ontario, her long-time “home.”
