Chemistry is a full-service HR consulting firm and provides HR support to private, public and not-for-profit clients.
For many of our small and medium-sized clients who do not have in-house HR Managers, we act as their full-service virtual HR department, offering a range of support to the leadership team including day-to-day human resources management. For our larger clients, we focus on special projects and consulting including executive coaching and succession planning. Typically, our clients customize their HR services based on their business needs and the areas where they would like extra support.
With a team of certified CPHR strategists, we are experienced in taking on major human resources development projects such as organizational reviews and design, people and culture audits, 360 evaluations, employee engagement surveys, employee handbook/policy and procedure development, employee orientation program development, onboarding programs, total compensation reviews and comparative market research, job descriptions, equity diversity inclusion and belonging (EDIB) strategies with team-building and training workshops.
We specialize in personnel management including termination and outplacement support, performance management and evaluation, exit interviews, as well as investigational and situational assessments. We offer a convenient HR on-call service to support you as issues arise in your workplace, and HR on-site services as required.
