Kim Osborne has been working in a Senior Management capacity with Chemistry Consulting Group and its subsidiary GT Hiring Solutions for the past 18 years and has extensive knowledge in the areas of strategic HR planning, organizational change, leadership coaching, talent engagement, performance management, and wellness in the workplace. Kim has a solid understanding of not-for-profit business frameworks as well as experience working with all levels of government. Currently, as part of the Chemistry Consulting team, Kim oversees Business Development and Project Management in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley regions.
Outside of work, Kim is well known for founding the Chefs For Life biennial event in Vancouver which has raised over $1 million dollars to date in support of HIV/AIDS related causes. For this work, she has been a recipient of the Minerva Foundation Philanthropy award as well as the AccolAIDS Philanthropy award, the Friends For Life Society Friend in Deed award and the Debra Van Ginkel award presented by Les Dames d’Escoffier.
As a self-confessed gourmand and voyager, Kim’s personal quest in life is to continue tasting her way through all of the wine making regions of the world and exploring what we all do every day; eat and drink.
