There are those that may feel exit interviews provide little value to their organization, and are largely a waste of time for both the person conducting the interview and the employee who is leaving.

No-one can argue the benefits of having a diverse workforce, and I am confident the majority of organizations in today's world of business would proudly acknowledge their support of diversity as a concept.

Given how busy we all seem to be with our work these days, and the fact that there just are not enough hours in the day to get everything we need to done; the idea of taking some time out for personal formal professional development is not always a practical priority.
