HR Tips - Attendance

  • Keep in contact with employees who are on a leave of absence. Ensure they know that they are missed and you are looking forward to their return. (The longer someone has been away, the harder it is for them to come back.)
  • Monitor employee absences and speak to your employee about any trends that you see.
