Under the direction of Charles Shier, CA, we are very experienced at preparing financial projections in accordance with the guidelines for projections and forecasts as recommended by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Our financial projections normally include full balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements for one to five years, supported by detailed calculation schedules and notes outlining key assumptions to the projections.

A related service is the assembly of complex financial models to support the financial projections and/or business plan, with the built-in capacity for editing assumptions and factors and producing updated model outputs. These models are prepared in excel and are made available for ongoing use by our clients.

We will also advise you on expansion, franchising options and assist in your discussions with the bank and other lenders.
